Anybody can do a few easy sets and call it quits. But that's Arm Up System not how you build the body of a beast (or at least the body you are capable of building). To get results, you have to push yourself farther than you've ever gone before. You need to overload your muscles and demand results. Working out should exhaust the muscle. If you can talk on the phone while you are lifting, you're committing a boneheaded bodybuilding blunder. I can't stress it enough: when you get results, don't change anything. Jumping on the latest fad, just because some movie actor claims that he added 15 pounds of rock-hard muscle that way, is a bodybuilding blunder. The saying goes, "there is nothing new under the sun", and as far as adding muscle mass goes, it's true. What worked a century ago still works today. Hard workouts using compound exercises and progressive overload are the way for skinny guys to bulk up and add quality muscle mass.
